When restaurateur Virginia Lewis and her sister decided to open 2 Sisters Pub & Grille, they knew there would be some challenges.

The exhaust hood had to be vented through three stories and was quite an ordeal. Candace Feese and her team took the challenge in stride and was able to save unexpected labor costs and allowed us to meet our grand opening deadline.”
