PRODUCTS
Our equipment is primarily designed for commercial use. We discourage the use of commercial products in a residential home due to safety and operational concerns. Images and specification sheets supplied by the manufacturers may use a generic image so be sure to read descriptions for product details.
ORDERS
Orders placed on this website are subject to acceptance by Curtis Restaurant Supply. Shipments must be made within the continental United States to proper street addresses. We cannot ship to post office boxes or internationally and we reserve the right to refuse any order.
All orders are subject to product availability. Some manufacturers may discontinue or make merchandise unavailable without notice. Curtis Restaurant Supply is not liable for damages, consequential or otherwise, for any unfilled orders for any reason. Damages will be limited to refunding only the amount paid for the merchandise. Orders will be confirmed to you via e-mail. The manufacturers provide all product warranties.
LIMITATIONS
We reserve the right to limit quantities.
EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS
An invoice is required for an exchange or refund. Returns require prior authorization and may be subject to freight and restocking charges. Special order items returned will be charged a restocking fee equal to 30% of invoiced amount plus freight. Returned items must be in new condition. Note: Some manufacturers may not accept returns at all.
CANCELLATION/DAMAGES
Cancellations will incur a processing fee. If the item has already been manufactured, a 10% to 30% restocking fee may be incurred depending on the manufacturer. Custom items may not be cancelable. Upon delivery, check for damages both inside and outside the packaging. Report any freight damage, including concealed damage, to us immediately; do not accept shipment if product, or packaging is damaged.
RETURNED CHECK FEE
The returned check fee is $25.00.
PRICING
The utmost care was used in preparation of this online catalog, but we cannot be responsible for digital publishing errors or omissions. Prices do not reflect broken case charges or minimum order requirements by the manufacturer. Prices do not include shipping, freight or handling charges.
Prices do not include any state, municipal, sales, excise or use taxes unless otherwise noted. All such taxes now in effect, or which may hereafter be imposed, shall be added to the contract price, and be paid for by the purchaser. It is understood that there are no conditions whatsoever, verbal or otherwise, except as herein written. The seller shall not be responsible for any delay in shipment due to strike, fires, embargoes, failure of suppliers to make deliveries or other factors beyond the seller’s control. Orders are subject to final approval by seller.

(“SELLER”), A PURCHASE MONEY SECURITY INTEREST PURSUANT TO THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE (OKLAHOMA) IN AND TO THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED GOODS OR EQUIPMENT TO SECURE PAYMENT OF THE INDEBTEDNESS HEREBY CREATED, INCLUDING ANY AND ALL APPLICABLE TAXES, ACCRUED BUT UNPAID INTEREST OR FINANCE CHARGES, REPOSSESSION CHARGES AND COSTS OF THE ENFORCEMENT HEREOF, INCLUDING SELLER’S ATTORNEY FEES AND COURT COSTS, PURCHASER AGREES NOT TO REMOVE SAID GOODS OR EQUIPMENT FROM THEIR PLACE OF DELIVERY, OR SELL, MORTGAGE OR OTHERWISE DISPOSE OF OR ENCUMBER COLLATERAL WITHOUT THE EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT OF SELLER. THE SECURITY INTEREST HEREBY CREATED EXTENDS, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO THE PROCEEDS OF THE COLLATERAL, AND ANY AND ALL REPLACEMENTS, ATTACHMENTS, ADDITIONS OR SUBSTITUTIONS THERETO. SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND PURCHASER ASSUMES ALL RISK AND LIABILITY IN ANY WAY ARISING FROR RELATED TO THE GOODS OR EQUIPMENT, THEIR USE, STORAGE, OR ANY OTHER OCCURENCE FROM THE DATE ACCEPTED IN “AS IS-WHERE IS” CONDITION, AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. SELLER NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY PERSON TO ASSUME FOR SELLER ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OR USE, OF THE GOODS OR EQUIPMENT SOLD, AND THERE ARE NO ORAL AGREEMENTS, REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES COLLATERAL TO OR AFFECTING THIS AGREEMENT.
ALL PAST-DUE ACCOUNTS ARE SUBJECT TO A FINANCE CHARGE OF 1 1/2% PER MONTH, WHICH IS AN ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE OF 18%.
